Our privacy promise

Your customer list is your business. Here is what we promise about it.

• We never sell your data. Not your customers, not your jobs, not your prices. Not to anyone.
• We never contact your customers. smithworks only sends the invoices, receipts and booking emails you send or set up. We don’t market to your customers.
• We never share your customer list. Not with other locksmiths, lead sites, marketplaces or advertisers. Providers that run a feature you use, like Google Maps for addresses or our email service for invoices, get only what that feature needs.
• We don’t train AI on your records. Your customers, jobs and notes are never used to train AI models.
• We don’t browse your records. Our team looks at your data only when you ask us for help, or when we must to keep smithworks running and secure.
• Your phone stays yours. smithworks never asks for your contact list. When you add a customer from your contacts, only the one name and number you tap is shared. Location and camera work only when you tap to use them.
• You can delete everything. Delete your account in Settings and your business data goes with it. Backups clear on their normal schedule.
